It is sad that my student life is going to end :'( I can no longer see my beloved boyfriend in school n kick his ass during lunch. I think I will miss the days tat we have lunch together n you walk me back home. Friends have been telling me to take a vacation. It is very unlikely now since my current project will probbly take a few more days. I also need to move back to Fanling this weekend. I know I m going to regret for not leaving school earlier.... What was i thinking.............. half month studentship doesnt reli worth the final vacation I can get before starting to work....................... WHAT WAS I THINKING............ARHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Anyway, the olympics is awesome. I am really proud of being a chinese becos we can host such a "truly exceptional" game. I guess 70% of my time in lab during those two weeks were spent on watching the game. Hehehe~~~ As some of you may know, I am now a super fans of the chinese male gymnastic team =) Li Xiaopeng esp :P Dun get jealous my dear!!!

Feel exhausted.... Partly becos of the consequence of the two-week-lazy-bone... Now I have to double my effort to get things done... Moving back to Fanling is a huge task. It has been keeping me busy lately. Thank sister for being so unhelpful this month so that I have to plan and do all the shit by myself ( of cos with a little help from my cutest bf ^3^ You are the BEST) I was so proud that we threw away two castle-like furnitures by ourselves!!

When am I writing this... I m supposed to go to sleep!!

Germy, the panda is coming!!! Give me some more time!!!

When a relationship loses its balance, it is dangerous. We may become irrational and believe in what s/he says. However, it is more important to look at what they do rather than what they say. We always want to make ourselves look good by saying things that are graceful, but why do these words matter if their action tell a different story? If you try to be a bit rational and look at the whole thing from the other point of view, you may see that these words are just excuses. Excuses mean words we say to avoid taking responsibility but at the same time still make ourselves look good. Love is blind. We may not only believe in what they say, but we may also help them to make up excuses. If it is the case, the only excuse that you need to think of is that "He is just not that into you".

Maybe I am wrong, but I will be happy to see that you prove me wrong rationally.

So stressful lately..... Tat's why you can no longer see me on msn. Have to get ready for my graduation and obviously time is running out.... dang.... I can't sleep well at night >.< I guess it explains why my allergy is getting worse.... Arghhhhh

Given the budget I have, I will probbly go for 1 and 2/3 first!!!! Why do they have to come out at the same time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Watched 'Across the universe' with sister. Its story is kinda similar to "The Best of Youth", but I like BOY better. Anyway, the actor who played Jude in Across the universe is very attractive to me :P cute face + british accent => sexy!!! ^0^

The earthquake in SiChuan has a huge impact on me. Is it called the post-trauma? I wonder whether it is just the normal cycle in nature or it is a lesson taught by the nature cos we human have been abusing the land for a long time. Why do we work so hard if we know these paper assets may worth nth more than pieces of plain papers. It happened during world war in the past. What makes you think it won't happen again when the oil prices has been going up like a crazy cow?

No matter what.. life still goes on. I have to plan for the future before it is too late.

One thing I've learnt lately. It is harder to appreciate than criticize others. I admit that I can be super mean and bitchy sometimes and I thought it's cool cos I had the gut to criticize the wrong doings. I am so harsh to others that I forgot my own shortcomings as well. It is good to have a self-reflection and find out how you can be a better person. Furthermore, self confidence is totally different from ego. The former is from theinside while the latter is from the outside. You feel better by looking down on the others. Isn't it pathetic?

養顏桑寄生

養顏之道，在乎行氣活血、心情開朗，而美顏食譜中以燕窩掛頭牌，珍珠末次之，其實桑寄生也有相當好的養顏效力，價錢便宜又安全。

桑寄生是桑樹上寄生植物，味甘苦而性平和，有補血虛、通經絡、療濕痺、強筋骨、潤髮、堅齒、安胎、治腰痛及婦人產後遺疾、養顏等功效。除了長者常用作去除風濕之外，也是婦科補身恩物，常以桑寄生當歸頭煮雞蛋調補女性之貧血、月經不調，效果甚佳。

每次用桑寄生三錢(約11g)，雞蛋兩隻，一齊凍水落，滾二十分鐘左右，將雞蛋取出，打裂蛋殼再放回煲內慢火煎一小時左右，再將蛋取出剝清蛋殼，再放回煲裡，加些冰糖或片糖，再煎十五分鐘，如覺腸胃積滯，只喝湯不吃蛋。孕婦不防隔天進食，吃至生產前，有補精力安胎兒之功效。

至於養顏則要有恆心，每十天一個療程，再隔五天又一個療程，兩個月便有功效。

桑寄生蓮子蛋茶(安胎養顏，健脾補肝腎，亦可加紅棗同煲)

桑寄生當歸頭煮雞蛋(適合貧血、月經不調者)

桑寄生黑豆煮蛋茶(加黑豆可補腎與祛水腫功效)

桑寄生麥冬蛋茶(有寧心、補血养颜作用)

桑寄生益母草雞蛋(適合生活不正常精神不振，影響內分泌失調，令肝脾皆虛以致面上出現蝴蝶斑服用)

Mourning

Today is the second day of the national mourning for earthquake victims in Sichuan. It's heart broken to see pp lose their loved ones in such a horrible disaster. Sometimes I wonder what is it for? Is it becos the world is over-crowded? Or the creator wants to restore the balance of nature and human activities? No matter what... I think this earthquake does remind us of the power of the nature. The nature can destroy what we have been established for decades in blink of an eye. It doesn't care about your wealthiness, social status or etc... We are all equal.

Anyway, I am delighted to see people are all united in helping those victims cos compassion is what differentiates ourselves up that hierarchic ladder of beast/animal of nature; to intelligent, caring human beings.
